Project Management
The biggest and busiest seasons of the year at Newport Shipyard is the summer. It is my responsibility to make sure the staff is working on all pertinent projects to make sure our guests are comfortable during their stay at the marina. When there are regattas I work directly with the general manager to make sure all sailors have what they need to sail at maximum performance.

Some Key duties I was given were to assist managing shipyard service quality regarding mooring and docking, event planning and set up, provide shipyard event project budget control, timely set up and breakdown of shipyard services.
2017 J-Class World Championship
I was a pivotal part of this project. I kept to a detailed schedule of setting up the events for before and after the races occurred. provided shipyard event project budget control, timely setup, and breakdown of the 2017 J-Class world Championships.

Newport Charter Boat Show
I helped the Marketing and General Manager to keep the event from going over budget. I stuck to a very stringent daily schedule, and making sure we had all appropriate staff assigned for the days of the Newport Charter Boat Show.
